The goal of ancient Hebrew education was for 'the training of the individual in the service of God'. This is our ultimate aim and motivation. Quite a task!

April - Chickens

At last hubbie finally agreed to us having chickens and he graciously set to work to find a coop while I sorted fencing off the garden.  Lots of friends later.....we have a coop, fence and homemade gate.  We welcomed a friends three chickens who needed rehousing as she jets off to Spain.

 Proud of their hard work.

 And then they arrived.  Gracie chose the lead hen and named her Apple, James has named his one-eyed hen 'Pirate' and Evie called hers 'Rosie'.  Happy Days.
