The goal of ancient Hebrew education was for 'the training of the individual in the service of God'. This is our ultimate aim and motivation. Quite a task!

Thursday 27th February

Today at Home Ed group we looked at sandstone and how it can be shaped and sanded into a variety of shapes to make jewellery and the like.  The girls both made a necklace.  Lots of sanding and polishing were required.
 






Followed by more farming. We are taking part in a potato growing competition so here are our spuds 'chitting' to harden off the shoots.  










We looked at lots of different kinds of farming and in particular these photos, looking for man made influences and using adjectives to describe what they saw.  They had a go at drawing their own farming scene.
